一、基础身份核对（必问）

1. Please state your full name.（说出你的全名，和护照一致）
2. Please state your date of birth.（出生日期）
3. What is your place of birth?（出生地）
4. What is your passport / ID number?（护照号码，一般只需要报后几位，或者对着镜头展示 MRZ 机读码）
5. What is your residential address?（居住地址，和申请单填写一致）

同时会指令动作：把护照正反面、MRZ 码对着镜头、倾斜证件展示防伪、摘掉眼镜、转头、眨眼（活体检测）

二、申请意愿与知情确认（eIDAS 强制，非常关键）

1. Are you applying for a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) certificate under eIDAS?（你是否自愿申请 eIDAS 合格电子签名证书？）
2. Do you understand that this QES has the same legal effect as your handwritten signature within EU?（你清楚 QES 在欧盟等同于手写签名的法律效力吗？）
3. Do you confirm that all information you submitted is true and correct?（确认你提交的全部信息真实无误？）
4. Are you acting on your own behalf, not for someone else?（你是代表本人申请，不是代别人操作？）
5. Do you consent to the recording of this video identification session for audit/compliance purpose?（同意本次视频核验录像留档用于合规审计？）

三、企业场景（QSeal 企业电子印章 / 员工 QES 才会额外问）

1. What is the name of your company?（公司全称）
2. What is your role in this company?（你在公司的职位）
3. Do you have the authorization from the company to apply for this qualified seal/signature?（你是否获得公司授权办理该 QES/QSeal？）
4. Please show your company authorization letter /sworn statement.（出示英文授权书、营业执照宣誓件）

四、随机辅助校验（怀疑风险时才追加，不是人人都问）

• What is the email address you used for this order?（订单邮箱）
• What is the mobile number you registered?（注册手机号）
• Please read the code we send to your phone.（短信验证码朗读）
• 偶尔会问：What do you plan to use this QES for?（打算用这个 QES 做什么，签合同 / 跨境文件等如实说即可）

五、不会问的内容（别担心）

✅ 不会问密码、PIN 码、私钥、银行卡、资金； ✅ 不会考 eIDAS 法规、技术原理； ✅ 不会问无关隐私问题。

六、国内用户两个方案对比
